الكفاءة الاقتصادية للزراعة المحمية في القطر العربي السوري نموذج البندورة في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
انطلاقاً من الأهمية الاقتصادية للزراعة المحمية في سورية فقد هدف البحث إلى إعطاء نظرة مبسطة عن واقع الزراعة المحمية في القطر العربي السوري عموماً و الساحل السوري خصوصاً خلال الفترة 1998 – 2007 و إجراء دراسة عن الكفاءة المالية لمشروع زراعة البندورة في البيوت المحمية في محافظة اللاذقية و حساب بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية كون محصول البندورة يشكل 89,4 % من المحاصيل المزروعة في البيوت المحمية فيها وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :
- بلغ الربح السنوي الصافي من زراعة بيت بلاستيكي مزروع بالبندورة 44805 ليرة سورية .
- بلغ معامل الربحية بالقياس إلى رأس المال المستثمر 45.16% .
- بلغ مؤشر زمن استعادة رأس المال 2.2 سنة .
Based on the great economic importance of greenhouses in Syria this research has aimed to achieve the following target: Study of the actual of greenhouses in Syria in general and on Syrian coast in particular during the period from 1998 through 2007 and calculation some of economic indicator considering that tomato grope has 89.4 % of gropes planted in greenhouses. The most important results of this research study :
1-Annual net profit achieved from each greenhouse planted tomato is 44805s p.
2-Profitability coefficient in relation to the invested capital by 45.16 .
3-Indication of capital refunding period has amounted 2.2 year.
