Abstract

   This study aimed to show the role of strategic analysis of human resources in retaining functional scientific competencies, and the descriptive analytical approach was relied on as a general approach to research, and data was collected by questionnaire

The most important results of the research were as follows:

  • There is a strategic analysis of human resources, but it is not at the required level, as the average of most of the expressions was lower than the average criterion used (3).
  • There is a significant impact of the strategic analysis of human resources at Tishreen University in maintaining functional scientific competencies. This indicates an important positive role of strategic analysis of human resources in maintaining functional scientific competencies at Tishreen University.
  • There is a significant impact of the strategic analysis of the internal environment of human resources at Tishreen University in maintaining functional scientific competencies. This indicates an important positive role for the strategic analysis of the internal environment of human resources in maintaining functional scientific competencies at Tishreen University.
