تقييم مدى تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظمات الصناعية السورية (دراسة حالة الشركة العامة للمطاحن فرع اللاذقية)

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأهميته, والخطوات العلمية والعملية الواجب اتباعها في تخطيط استراتيجيات منظمات الأعمال, ومعرفة الفروق بينها وبين الخطوات المتبعة في تخطيط استراتيجيات الشركة العامة للمطاحن(فرع اللاذقية) .

وكانت أهم نتائج البحث هي وجود فروق جوهرية إيجابية بين كيفية تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الشركة محل البحث وبين كيفية تطبيقه بالمفهوم العلمي .

وكانت أهم توصيات البحث:

- ضرورة وضع رسالة للشركة العامة للمطاحن فرع اللاذقية بحيث تنبثق من رسالة الشركة العامة للمطاحن في سورية وعلى استراتيجيي الشركتين الأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصائص الرسالة الفعالة عند صياغة الرسالة.

- ضرورة قيام الشركة  بالتنبؤ بكيفية تغير كل قوة من قوى المنافسة التي تحيط بها.

The research deals the concept of strategic planning and its importance, the scientific and practical steps  required to plan business organization strategies, and  know the differences  between it and the followed steps in planning the strategies in the  general the general corporate of mills- Lattakia branch.

 

The most important results of the research are : the big and positive difference between how to apply the strategic planning in the organization under study and how to apply it scientifically  .

 

The recommendations:  design a mission for general corporate of mills in lattakia  branch  coming from the mission of the general  corporate of mills in Syria. And the company strategists  have to regard the effective mission characters as they write it.

The corporate have to predict how the forces of the competitive change around it.
