دراسة إحصائية لواقع زراعة الزيتون في سورية

Abstract

باتت مادة الزيتون تحتل مكانة اقتصادية عالمية مهمة وتزداد أهميتها مع ازدياد الطلب العالمي عليها كمادة غذائية أساسية ، وهذا ما قابله اهتمام وتطور محلي كبير في زراعة الزيتون وإنتاج زيت الزيتون، حتى أصبحت زراعة الزيتون من أهم قطاعات الإنتاج  الزراعي،  ولذلك ارتأينا البحث في هذا الموضوع .

وفي هذا البحث قمنا بدراسة تطور زراعة الزيتون خلال الفترة 1990-2005 من خلال إيجاد معدلات النمو المتوسطة لمتغيرات هذه الزراعة ( كميات الإنتاج، عدد الأشجار،  المساحات المزروعة بالزيتون) ، ودراسة العلاقات الارتباطية بين الزمن وكل متغير من هذه المتغيرات، وكذلك دراسة العلاقة الارتباطية فيما بين هذه المتغيرات خلال الفترة المدروسة، حيث توصلنا نتيجة ذلك إلى الحصول على بعض النماذج القياسية المناسبة لهذه العلاقات يمكن الاعتماد عليها مستقبلاً في تخطيط إنتاج الزيتون.

Olive is an important material whose importance is growing world wide as an essential food product. This is why growing olive and production of olive oil have been given priority in Syria. This research studies the development of olive agriculture in the period between1990 and 2005, focusing on the average growth rates for the variables of this product (quantities of production, number of trees, and planted areas of olive). It also studies the correlation between the time and every one of these variables as well as the correlation relation between these variables during the study period. The research obtains some suitable standard models for the relations that can be depended on in the future to plan olive production.
