تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية كمدخل لرفع كفاءة التعليم المهني التجاري "دراسة تطبيقية على المدارس والمعاهد المهنية التجارية في الجمهورية العربية السورية"
Abstract
يتناول البحث ضرورة تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في التعليم المهني والتقني التجاري ، والدور المهم الذي يمثله في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال توفير العمالة الضرورية لسوق العمل ، وبالتالي ضرورة ربط المخرجات بسوق العمل من خلال توفير التدريب والمستوى المناسب من التعليم اللازم لطلاب هذه المرحلة . كما تم التطرق إلى دراسة الحالة النفسية للطالب في هذه المراكز التعليمية محل الدراسة ، حيث تم توزيع استبانة للطلاب في الثانويات التجارية والمعاهد المصرفية. وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات بهدف تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية في هذه المؤسسات التعليمية.
The research is concerned with the necessity of applying the principles of total Quality Management in the commercial technical and professional education and the important role it plays in social and economic life through providing the necessary stock for business market and consequently the necessity of joining the outputs with business market by providing the required training for students in this stage . The research also studies the student's psychological state in these educational centers , where students were asked to fill in a questionnaire in commercial secondary schools and banking institutes. We have reached a number of Suggestions and Commendations that may improve the quality of educational service in these educational institutions .
