البحث العلمي والتنمية في سورية

Abstract

قمنا من خلال هذا البحث، بإلقاء الضوء على واقع البحث العلمي في سورية, ثم درسنا بشيء من التفصيل واقع البحث العلمي في الجامعات السورية, من خلال دراسة ميدانية، حيث تعرّفنا على أهم معوقات عملية البحث العلمي, كما تعرفنا على بعض العوامل التي تحدد عملية البحث العلمي وتساعد على تفعيلها, وبهدف الكشف عن الأسباب الرئيسة لظاهرة عزوف بعضهم عن الإنتاجية العلمية في الجامعة،  فقد قمنا بدراسة مدى ارتباط معوقات البحث العلمي مع السبب الذي يدفع إلى العزوف عن القيام ببحوث علمية،  كما قمنا بدراسة تأثير الدرجة العلمية بالنسبة للقيام ببحوث علمية,  وتطرَّقنا خلال البحث إلى النتائج السلبية لضعف عملية البحث العلمي وانعكاساتها الخطيرة على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع.

ومن ثم تقدمنا ببعض المقترحات والتوصيات المهمة، التي من شأنها أن تسهم في تطوير ودعم عملية البحث العلمي، التي تعتبر من أهم محددات التنمية البشرية.

In this study we try to highlight the status of scientific research, focusing on the status of research in the Syrian universities by means of a field study. We have come to know the most important obstacles in face of research. We also have come to know some of the factors that determine and enhance research, with the aim of discovering the main reasons behind the lack of enthusiasm for research on the part of some in the academic field at Tishreen University. We have studied the correlation between these obstacles and abstaining from research. We have also studied the effect of university academic degree on conducting research. We also tried to highlight the drawbacks of the research weakness and its serious implication on the individual and society as well. Moreover, we have some important suggestions that may help in developing and backing research.
