تأثير عائد الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعرفة على فعالية إدارة الموارد البشرية في المنظمات "دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك الوطنية العمانية"
Abstract
إن الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعرفة لرأس المال البشري له أكبر الأثر في إحداث التنمية الشاملة في البلاد ومواكبة التطورات المتلاحقة التي تواجه المنظمات سواء في بيئة الأعمال أو البيئة الخارجية التي يتمثل أهمها في المتغيرات التكنولوجية خاصة في مجال المعلومات والاتصالات والاتجاه نحو العولمة. كما يوجد العديد من المداخل لقياس تأثير هذا الاستثمار في كل من الفاعلية التنظيمية بوجه عام، وإدارة الموارد البشرية بوجه خاص، وعلى ضوء بعض المقابلات التي أجراها الباحث مع بعض المسؤولين في تلك البنوك ، الذين أكدوا على مدى الحاجة إلى ضرورة تحديد العلاقة بين حجم الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعرفة لرأس المال البشرى وتلك مدى مساهمة إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في البنوك.
وسيقوم بحثنا هذا على دراسة تأثير الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعرفة في كل من الفعالية التنظيمية، وفعالية إدارة الموارد البشرية في البنوك الوطنية العمانية، وفي اختبار تأثير الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعرفة لرأس المال البشرى في الفعالية التنظيمية وفي فعالية إدارة الموارد البشرية بنوعيها الفني والاستراتيجي.
The importance of investment in knowledge technology of human capital has the biggest effect in overall development in the country and following the developments which face the organizations in both business environment or external environment, the most important of which is represented in technological changes specially in the field of information and communication and shifting to globalization. This research will study the effect of investment in knowledge technology on both organizational effectiveness, and effectiveness of administrating human recourses in Omani national banks, and in examining the effectiveness of investment in knowledge technology of human capital on the organizing effectiveness and on the effectiveness of administrating human recourses strategically and professionally.
