سبل تفعيل صناعة التأمين والوعي التأميني في سورية

Abstract

يركز هذا البحث  على الأهمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتأمين في الجمهورية العربية السورية وخاصة بعد صدور المرسومين 68 لعام 2004 م ، و 43 لعام 2005 م اللذين يعدان بمنزلة محرك أساسي لتطوير عملية التأمين في سورية ، وذلك من خلال السماح لشركات التأمين الخاصة بالدخول للسوق السورية تحت غطاء تنظيمي تمثله هيئة الإشراف على التأمين ، وكذلك يركز على الوعي التأميني وسبل تفعيله لدى المواطن السوري .

من خلال ذلك توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها: أن السوق التأمينية السورية تحتاج لبذل المزيد من الجهود على كافة المستويات الإدارية والتنظيمية، وعلى مستوى العاملين بالتأمين، لنقله لمستقبل أفضل.

وُتختتم الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ، أهمها اقتراح مشاركة كافة القطاعات العاملة بالمجال التأميني العام منها والخاص بالإسهام في مسألة نشر الوعي التأميني ، وضرورة تدريب الكوادر الوطنية المنوطة بشكل رئيس بعملية الاكتتاب ، ومواكبة التشريعات الحكومية والهيئات الرقابية التأمينية للمتغيرات الحاصلة في  السوق السورية.

The present study focuses  on the social and economical importance of Insurance in Syria after the acts 68 for 2004 and 43 for 2005 were put in force ; which allow for private insurance companies to work  in the Syrian market in coordination  with a supervision insurance committee ,and also focuses on the insurance culture of the Syrian customer .

The research reveals the following results: more efforts have to be expended in administration  management and organization and  insurance people to push  insurance business to a abetter future.

Conclusion : recommendations to work on insurance culture spreading and on the nation stuffs, and to go along with the market changes with the government  legislations  .
