دور جودة حياة العمل في تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في جامعة تشرين
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على طبيعة جودة حياة العمل من خلال تحليل أبعادها المختلفة، وبيان دورها في تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي لأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية بجامعة تشرين. وخلُصت إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين أبعاد جودة حياة العمل والرضا الوظيفي لعينة البحث، كما أن أهمّ أبعاد جودة حياة العمل المؤثرة على الرضا الوظيفي هي الأجور والمكافآت، وخصائص الوظيفة، والنمو والترقية، ومكان العمل، وتفسّر هذه العوامل حوالي71.2 % من التغيرات في الرضا الوظيفي. ثمّ قُدِّم ملخّص لأهمّ النتائج التي تُوصِّل إليها، مع عرض لبعض المقترحات والتوصيات لتحسين أبعاد جودة حياة العمل ؛ بهدف تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي لأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في جامعة تشرين، والتي كان من أهمّها ضرورة إعادة هيكلّة نظم الأجور والحوافز، والاستفادة من العلاقات الإنسانية وتدعيمها، وضرورة انتقاء القادة والمشرفين ممّن تتوفر لديهم القدرة والمهارة على تشجيع مرؤوسيهم على المشاركة في صياغة الخطط ، واتخاذ القرارات والسماح لهم بالإبداع.
This study aims at identifying the nature of the quality of working life through the analysis of various dimensions and the statement of its role in promoting job satisfaction to the members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University, the main result of this study is that there is a positive relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life and job satisfaction for the research sample, and the most important dimensions of quality of work life affecting job satisfaction are: the wages and bonuses, and the characteristics of function, growth and promotion, and place. These factors explain about 71.2% of changes in job satisfaction and in the end, we have provided a summary of the most important results that have been accessed with the presentation of some of the proposals and recommendations to improve the quality of life dimensions of work in order to enhance job satisfaction to the members of the Teaching Staff in Tishreen University.
