Abstract

تكمن أهمية البحث في الدور الذي يلعبه النقل في الاقتصاد الوطني لأي بلد ولا يمكن تلبية الاحتياجات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية  بدونه،  ونظراًً لهذه الأهمية فلا بد من إدارة كفوءة قادرة على إدارته بالشكل المناسب ولذلك حاولنا دراسة مؤشرات قياس إدارة نظام نقل الركاب بالسيارات كنوع من نظام النقل المتكامل .

وقد تعرضنا في هذا البحث إلى خصائص نقل الركاب بالسيارات ومقارنته مع أنظمة النقل الأخرى بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من النقاط الهامة التي تساعد في دراسة وتحليل هذا النظام وبيان آلية عمله وإدارته .

ويتضمن البحث تقييما واقعيا لمستوى تلبية الحاجات في النقل من خلال تحليل بعض المعطيات ودراسة العلاقة بين بعض العناصر التي تعبر عن هذا المستوى.

لقد ناقشنا مجموعة من المؤشرات الهامة لتحديد مستوى أداء إدارة نظام نقل الركاب بالسيارات وتقييم أداء هذا النظام في سوريا مستندين في ذلك إلى نتائج قياس هذه المؤشرات.

و توصلنا أخيرا إلى مجموعة من النتائج وتم تقديم عدة اقتراحات مبنية على نتائج الدراسة تهدف إلى تطوير أداء إدارة نظام نقل الركاب بالسيارات.

The importance of this research lies in the role transportation plays for the national economy for every country. It is impossible to answer the economic and social needs without it. For this, it is necessary to have an effective management that is able to run it  in the best way. So we try to study the indicators of measuring the management of vehicle transportation of passengers system as a part of the complete transporting system.

In this research we deal with the characteristics of the system of vehicle transporting of passengers and compare it to other systems of transportation, besides other important  points  that help in studying and analyzing this type of system showing its mechanism and management.

The research includes virtual evaluation of the level of answering the needs in transportation through analyzing some factors and studying the relationship between some factors that reflect this level. We discuss a set of important indicators to determine the performance level of transporting passengers by Vehicle and to evaluate the performance of this system in Syria depending on the results of measuring these indicator.

We have reached a set of conclusions and we offer a number of suggestions depending on the results of  the study aiming at developing the performance of the management of vehicle passenger transporting system.
