تطوير منهجية تجنب التأخيرات في مشاريع التشييد السورية
Abstract
يعرض هذا البحث نتائج الدراسات الإحصائية والتحليلية لـ 333 مشروعاً من مشاريعنا المحلية, من بينها 140 مشروعاً في المنطقة الساحلية تمت دراسة التأخيرات فيها من خلال دراسة تبريرات التأخير الموجودة في أضابيرها, و193 مشروعاً من مختلف المحافظات السورية (حمص, اللاذقية, حلب, طرطوس, دمشق) تمت دراسة تأخيراتها من خلال استبيان تم توجيهه للمهندسين المشاركين في هذه المشاريع (مشرفين, منفذين, دارسين) لمعرفة أسباب التأخيرات في مشاريعنا المحلية، ويستعرض كذلك برنامج حساب المدة المتوقعة لتأخير مشاريع التشييد باستخدام AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process ).
This study contains the analytical and statistical results of a questionnaire regarding the reasons for delays of 333 local Syrian projects, of which 140 projects are in coastal zone, and 193 projects in Lattakia, Damascus, Aleppo, Tartaus, and Homs.
This study also contains a program for computation of the expected construction delay using AHP (analytic hierarchy process).
