نمذجة وحساب رفاصات السفن البحرية بمساعدة الحاسوب
Abstract
يندرج هذا البحث ضمن قائمة الأعمال الهامة التي تهدف إلى إعداد نماذج متطورة لتنفيذ الحسابات الهندسية التصميمية باستخدام الحاسوب . يتناول هذا البحث أحد الموضوعات الهامة في مجال تطوير صناعة السفن, وهو يهدف إلى اختصار الزمن والجهد المبذول عند القيام بعمليات تصميم الرفاصات للسفن البحرية للوصول إلى أفضل توافق بين الرفاص والمحرك في المراحل الأولى لتصميم السفينة.
يتضمن هذا البحث شرحاً للطرائق المستخدمة في حساب الرفاصات باستخدام المخططات البيانية المستنتجة من اختبارات النماذج المنهجية الخاصة بالرفاصات.
تمَّ إعداد برنامج حاسوبي بلغة ( 6Visual Basic ) لتنفيذ الحسابات وفقاً للنموذج الذي تمَّ إعداده. سمح ذلك بدراسة تأثير بعض العوامل التصميمية (عدد شفرات الرفاص وعدد المحاور) (نظام الدفع) على تغير منحنيات بعض البارامترات التصميمية لأداء الرفاص (القطر , المردود و الاستطاعة الفعلية للمحرك) كتابع لعدد دورات المحرك عند السرعة التصميمية المفروضة للسفينة.
This study includes a list of significant activities aimed at preparing an advanced model for carrying out design engineering calculations, using a computer. This paper deals with a critical topic in the field of developing ship industry. It aims to minimize time scale and effort made when designing ship propellers, geared to obtaining the best harmony between propeller and engine in the preliminary stages of ship design. This paper comprises an explanation of the methods used in calculating propellers, using diagrams extracted from the experiments of the methodological models of propellers. A computer software has been prepared, using (Visual Basic 6) to execute calculations in the light of the prepared model. This allows studying the influence of some design factors on the diagram behaviour of some design parameters for propeller performance, being as a function of engine (R.P.M) for the vessel's virtual design speed.
