الأسطول التجاري البحري السوري (واقع وتحليل)
Abstract
إن للتجارة البحرية مكانة هامة في الحياة الاقتصادية للقطر, ليس حديثاً بل منذ القدم, وقد كان للأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية تأثيرها الواضح على صناعة النقل البحري العالمية وعلى الأسطول البحري التجاري السوري الذي يشهد في السنوات الأخيرة تناقصا كبيرا وواضحا, وفي هذا البحث تم التطرق إلى الواقع الحالي للأسطول التجاري البحري السوري وتطوره, كمّاً ونوعاً, وبحث أسباب تراجعه أمام تزايد أعداد السفن المملوكة من قبل سوريين لكن بأعلام مواءمة, مع دراسة ما يسمى بمعامل الاستهداف للسفن Target Factor الذي تعتمد عليه سلطة رقابة الميناء في مذكرة تفاهم باريس وكيفية حسابه وتأثيرات عمر وجنسية السفينة عليه في حالات مختلفة.
مؤشرات البلطيق للشحن الجاف BDI والتي تعكس حالة النقل البحري للمواد الخام الرئيسية, تم التطرق إليها في هذا البحث لما تشكله من مقياس هام جدا لحركة النقل البحرية العالمية.
The maritime trade has an important place in the economic life of Syria since ancient times, but the global economic crisis influenced on the global shipping industry and the Syrian merchant fleet which in recent years is greatly reduced.
In this paper the current reality of the commercial fleet Syrian Maritime and development of the quality and quantity has been discussed, and the causes of increasing number of vessels owned by the Syrian Owners. A study of the so-called Target Factor of ships on which the authority to control the port in the Paris Memorandum of Understanding was made and how it was calculated and the effects of age and nationality of the ship in different situations.
Indicators of the Baltic Dry Index BDI, which reflect the status of the maritime transport of the main raw material has been addressed in this research as it constitutes a very important measure of the global marine transport.
