تأثير المادة البادئة والمادة المسرعة على منحنيات التصلب للبولي استر غير المشبع
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير كل من المادة البادئة ( الميثيل إيثيل كيتون بيروكسيد MEKP ) والمادة المسرعة، الكوبالت نفتنات، على منحنيات التصلب لمادة البولي استر غير المشبع، والحصول على طيف واسع من هذه المنحنيات بهدف الاختيار الأمثل لبارامترات العملية التكنولوجية.
أظهرت نتائج الاختبارات أن منحنيات التصلب تتأثر بوضوح بمواد الإضافة المستخدمة، وأنه يمكن الحصول على قيم منخفضة لدرجة الحرارة الأكسوثرمية وعالية لكل من زمن التجلتن وزمن الوصول إلى درجة الحرارة العظمى عند استخدام نسب منخفضة لكل من المادة البادئة والمسرعة، والعكس صحيح.
أظهرت نتائج الاختبارات أيضاً إمكانية التحكم بسرعة تصلب البولي استر غير المشبع من خلال التحكم بنسب مواد الإضافة الضرورية لعملية التصلب.
This search aims to study the effect of the catalyst ( MEKP ) and the accelerator (Cobalt Naphthanate) on curing curves of Unsaturated polyester resin and getting a wide specter from these curves to purpose optimization parameters for process technology.
The results showed that the curing curves are affected clearly by using additive materials, and it is possible to get low values for exothermal temperature and high values for gel time and exothermal peak time when we use low percentage catalyst and accelerator and vs.
The results showed also that it is possible to control the curing speed of unsaturated polyester by control the percentage of additive materials (catalyst, accelerator).
