تطوير نموذج رياضي للتنبؤ بكمية النفايات الطبية الناتجة عن مشافي مدينة اللاذقية
Abstract
من أجل تحديد كمية النفايات الطبية الناتجة عن مشافي مدينة اللاذقية تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على مشافي في مدينة اللاذقية, حيث تم اختيار ثلاثة مشافي, مشفى الأسد الجامعي (أكاديمي) والمشفى الوطني (حكومي) ومشفى الطابيات (خاص). وكانت عملية قياس كمية النفايات الطبية تتم بشكل يومي في جميع أقسام المشفى ولمدة عشرة أيام, حيث كان يتم وزن النفايات في هذه الفترات بعد فصلها عن النفايات المعاشية وقد تمت عملية الوزن باستخدام ميزان الكتروني ذوشاشة رقمية ماركة (citizin) يزن حتى (40Kg) بدقة (2g) وبعد الحصول على قيم كمية النفايات الطبية في أقسام المشافي تم الانتقال إلى الدراسة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS), وتم التوصل من خلالها إلى نماذج رياضية تحدد كمية النفايات الطبية بالعلاقة مع عدد المرضى وذلك حسب المشفى وحسب القسم. كما تم التوصل إلى قيم تبين متوسط كمية النفايات الطبية حسب نوع المشفى والقسم, بالإضافة إلى كمية النفايات الطبية منسوبة للمريض وكمية النفايات الطبية منسوبة للسرير.
To determine the amount of hospitals medical waste, a field study was conducted at Lattakia City hospitals. Three hospitals were selected: "Al-Assad University Hospital" (Teaching hospital), "Al-Wattani" (Governmental hospital), and "Al-Taabiyat" (Private hospital). The amount of medical waste was daily recorded in all hospital departments, for ten days. So, we used an electronic balance having a digital screen, (brand Citizen; its accuracy is 2g) for weighing the medical waste output over that period (after separating it from non- medical waste. After obtaining the amount of medical waste values from hospital sections, a statistical study was made, using the statistical analysis program (spss), by means of which a mathematical model was obtained to determine the amount of medical waste related to the number of patients, beds, and each hospital department. For each hospital and department type, values indicating the average amount of medical waste were also obtained. In addition, the amount of medical waste attributed to each patient and medical bed was obtained.
