تأثير صفتي المرونة والقوة في إنجاز بعض المهارات الهجومية بكرة السلة
Abstract
تحددت أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يبحث عن الأفضلية في التأثير لتطوير ركن أساسي في شخصية لاعب كرة السلة أولا وهو الجانب الفني اللازم للإنجاز الخططي الهجومي وبالتالي المساهمة في اختصار الزمن التدريبي والتركيز على أفضلية الصفات اللازمة لتطوير المهارات الهجومية بكرة السلة, وقد ارتبط هذا البحث بمشكلة يعاني منها اللاعبون الناشئون الذين يعدون القاعدة الأساسية لضمان مستقبل اللعبة وذلك بوجود ضعف واضح في هذا المستوى الفني وفي قلة البحوث الميدانية التجريبية التي تساهم في حل مثل هذه المشاكل المهمة.
وإزاء ذلك وضع الباحثان برنامجين تدريبيين أحدهما لتنمية القوة والثاني لتنمية المرونة وتوصلا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن لصفة القوة تأثيراً إيجابياً أكبر لتنمية المهارات الهجومية من صفة المرونة وعليه تعتمد كتوصية في تطوير هذه المهارات بشكل أكبر مع اعتماد صفة المرونة كعامل مساعد لتنمية الأداء الحركي المهاري.
This research is important because it studies the effect of improving an important side of a basketball player's character, which is the technique needed to plan and shorten the period of training. This is in order to concentrate on the priority of the needed qualities for improving the offensive skills in basketball. It also talks about a problem that faces many young players, who are the base of a future prosperous basketball.
This problem is the weakness of technique and the variety of field research that helps solve this crucial problem. This is why the two researchers had put two training programs: one for rein forcing strength, and the other, for rein forcing flexibility. There are many results. Strength has a more positive effect on the development of other offensive skills than flexibility and assists in improving the performance of motor skill.
