دراسة سريرية وتشريحية مرضية لعشر حالات ورم عفلي عضلي مخطط في المنطقة حول الخصية
Abstract
دُرس في هذا البحث عشر حالات ورم عفلي عضلي مخطط في منطقة ما حو ل الخصية. تراوحت أعمار المرضى من 11 حتى 26 سنة. و دُرست ثلاث حالات بالتجميد السريع مع الدراسة الخلوية بالطبعة التي أبدت صعوبات شديدة في وضع التشخيص. وشملت الدراسة المظاهر العيانية والنسيجية للورم. تضمنت المظاهر النسيجية خلايا مغزلية بشكل حزم, وتجمعات خلوية محاطة بنسيج ليفي كثيف, وخلايا ابتدائية مدورة محيطة بالأوعية الدموية, وخلايا ذات سيتوبلازما فاتحة مع خلايا مغزلية كبيرة متطاولة ذات سيتوبلازما حامضية. أجريت الدراسة المناعية النسيجية(Desmin, Myoglobin, Actin, Vimentin, Myosin) لوضع التشخيص النهائي للورم وتمييزه عن الأورام الأخرى.
يسهم هذا البحث في وضع مجموعة معايير تساعد في تشخيص هذا النوع من الأورام من الناحية الخلوية,
أو بالدراسة بمقاطع التجميد السريع إضافة إلى الدراسة النسيجية الروتينية لمقاطع البارافين.
Ten cases of Paratesticular Rhabdomyosarcoma have been studied macroscopically and microscopically including immunohistochemical stains like Myoglobin, Desmin, Vimentin, Actin, and Myosin. Three cases have been studied by frozen section before removing the tumor, in which it was very difficult to put the exact diagnosis. Histological appearance revealed bundles of spindle cells, aggregates of cells surrounded by dense fibrous tissue, peri vascular primitive round cells, clear cells and large elongated spindle cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm.
This study will help in giving criteria for the diagnosis of Paratesticular Rhabdomyosarcoma especially in frozen sections.
