تقييم نتائج الجراحة حول الجذرية باستخدام الـ ( (periotest
Abstract
كثيرا ما يتم اللجوء إلى الجراحة حول الجذرية للمحافظة على الأسنان لمدة أطول في القوس السنية, والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم نتائج الجراحة حول الجذرية باستخدام جهاز الفحص حول السني
الـ periotest ومقارنتها مع الطرق التقليدية المعروفة السريرية والشعاعية، أجريت الاختبارات الوظيفية
لـِ 35 سنا قبل وبعد الجراحة وكذلك بعد 6 و12 شهرا من العمل الجراحي مع استمرار المراقبة بالاعتماد على المعايير السريرية والشعاعية, وبمقارنة النتائج تبين وجود تناقص مستمر في قيم الـ periotest values (ptv) للحالات التي نجحت فيها المعالجة في حين أبدت الحالات الفاشلة صورة معكوسة بازدياد هذه القيم بعد العمل الجراحي ولم يسجل أي تغيير في قيم أسنان المراقبة طيلة فترة الدراسة. كما بدت قيم الاختبارات الوظيفية المأخوذة بواسطة الجهاز بعد الجراحة حول الجذرية متناسبة مع مراحل الشفاء لذا يمكن اعتمادها أداة إضافية ومكملة للطرق التقليدية في تقييم عملية سير الشفاء حول الذروة.
Le but de cette étude est de tester l'appareil Periotest, s'il peut objectiver le processus de la guérison périapicale après une chirurgie périradiculaire. Pour cela, des mésures (PTV) ont été prises de 35 dents avant et après la chirurgie, puis à 6 et 12 mois d'interval. En comparant ces mésures (PTV) avec les critères radiologiques et cliniques, on a pu constater une diminution des valeurs (PTV) en cas de guérison. En revanche on a pu noter une augmentation de celles- ci en cas de non-guérison, alors ces valeurs restaient stables pour les dents de centrol. Ces résultats affirment que le Periotest comme appareil objectif pourrait nons aider à confirmer la guérison ou non après ce genre d'opération.
