Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of war and crises on the prevalence of some teachers' violations of regulations and laws and their causes according to the estimate of administrators and teachers in schools of the first cycle of basic education. To achieve the objectives of the research used the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of (120) teachers and administrators. The results showed that the prevalence of teacher violations has increased because of war and crises. The reasons for these violations of the laws had also changed. Before the war, it was due to "the existence of a special family status (the presence of children, the illness of a family member)" or to "achieve personal interest" but currently the reasons are concentrated on "the difficult material and humanitarian conditions of teachers", "sympathy for humanitarian cases" and "poor motivation to work". However, the reasons for both the violations of "allowing cheating exams" and "ignoring the absence of some learners" have not changed and have maintained the same order before the war and now.
