دراسة تقويمية لبرنامج رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طالبات السنة الرابعة
Abstract
The present study aims to evaluate the Kindergarten program used by the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University from the viewpoint of fourth-year students. The two researchers followed the descriptive approach. The study subject, which is a questioner, has been distributed to a random sample of seventy female students. The study was done in November 2014. The arithmetic mean and relative weights were used to analyze the given data. The study has determined the most important and useful courses in the light of what the survey respondents have decided. The importance of the applied practical courses has prevailed over the theoretical ones. The study has indicated that the current teaching and evaluation methods have got an average rate according to the concerned female students. The current teaching techniques and aids have been assessed as weak, with fairly good satisfaction of the available administrative services. However, the most prominent point of strength in the program was its field training. The study recommended the following: the necessity of emphasizing the practical aspect; fostering the use of teaching techniques and aids; improving teaching methods as well as the evaluation methods used in the program. هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طالبات السنة الرابعة، اعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم توزيع أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من (70) طالبة، تم إجراء الدراسة في شهر تشرين الثاني من عام 2014، وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والأوزان النسبية لتحليل البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المقررات وأكثرها فائدة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة حيث تقدمت المقررات العملية/ التطبيقية على المقررات النظرية من حيث الفائدة والأهمية، وأظهرت الدراسة تقييماً متوسطاً من قبل الطالبات لطرائق التدريس وأساليب التقويم المتبعة، وكذلك ضعفاً في استخدام التقنيات والوسائل التعليمية ورضاً متوسطاً عن الخدمات الإدارية المقدّمة. أما أبرز نقاط القوة في البرنامج فكان التدريب الميداني. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تأكيد أهمية الناحية العملية/ التطبيقية وزيادة استخدام الوسائل والتقنيات التعليمية والعمل على تحسين طرائق التدريس وأساليب التقويم المتبعة في البرنامج.Downloads
