واقع تدريس مقرر تقنيات التعليم كما يراه طلبة معلم صف وطلبة المناهج وتقنيات التعليم دراسة ميدانية في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف واقع تدريس مقرر تقنيات التعليم في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين؛ ووفقاً لذلك تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ إذ صممت استبانة خاصة لهذا الغرض تضمنت(43) بنداً موزعة على خمسة أبعاد. تمّ توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (198) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة السنة الأخيرة من قسم معلم صف وقسم المناهج وتقنيات التعليم بشعبتيه : شعبة الإدارة و التخطيط التربوي وشعبة المناهج وتقنيات التعليم.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ لدى طلبة كلية التربية آراء إيجابية نحو الأساليب المتبعة في تدريس الجزء النظري وتقويمه، وكتاب تقنيات التعليم. أما الأساليب المتبعة في تدريس الجزء العملي وتقويمه، فقد كانت آراء طلبة كلية التربية نحوها سلبية، وفيما يتعلق بصعوبات تدريس تقنيات التعليم فقد ذكر أفراد عينة البحث(232) صعوبة، أُجري تحليل المضمون عليها، وحصرت ورتبت تنازلياً في ثلاث عشرة صعوبة، كان أهمها: كثافة منهاج تقنيات التعليم، وعلى صعيد مناقشة فرضيات البحث، لم تُظهر الدراسة أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير الاختصاص، وفي ضوء النتائج اقترحت الدراسة ضرورة إعطاء الأولوية للجانب العملي من مادة تقنيات التعليم.
This study aimed to investigate the Students` Opinions of Education Faculty at Tishreen University toward reality of teaching instructional technology. The Researcher depended on the descriptive approach, so a questionnaire - consisted of (43) items in five fields and an open question-was designed for that purpose. The sample for this research was selected randomly and consisted of (198) students of the final year from department of Class Teacher and department of Curricula and Instructional Technology.
The research` results show that students have Positive Opinions towards: Methods of teaching theoretical section and Its Evaluation,and book of Instructional Technology. On the other hand, the students have Negative Opinions towards: Methods of teaching Practical section and Its Evaluation. As for answering open question, the students mention (232) difficulties face teaching of instructional technology. The study revealed that there are no statistical differences among students` Opinions mean attributed to Specialization Variable. The study recommend to give Practical section in Instructional Technology Course more importance.
