اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي نحو استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم دراسة ميدانية في مدارس مدينة اللاذقية
Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the attitudes of teachers of basic education in the city of Latakia, about the use of computers in education, and study the differences between the averages of their opinions about the use of computers as an educational tool due to the variables (sex, academic qualification, years of experience).
The researcher applied the questionnaire to a sample consisting of research and (366)teachers from the stage of basic education (Episode I and II) in Lattakia was withdrawn using a simple random sample after the sample is determined using statistical law.
The research found the following results:
- The direction of teachers towards the use of computers in education is a positive direction, and calls for the employment of these positive trends in the need to use the computer as an educational tool in teaching effectively in order to improve the learning process and outcomes.
- Of the most important impediments to the use of computers in education adequacy of the number of computer labs, and the weakness of the curriculum in containment and training programs for computer education, and lack of specialized personnel and qualified in the field of computer education.
- The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance
/ 0.05 / between the averages of the views of teachers about the use of computers in education is due to the variables (sex of the teacher, educational qualification, number of years of experience).
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللاذقية نحو استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم, ودراسة الفروق بين متوسطات آرائهم نحو استخدام الحاسوب كوسيلة تعليمية تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس, المؤهل العلمي, سنوات الخبرة).
طبقت الباحثة استبانة على عينة البحث والمؤلفة من (366) معلماً ومعلمة من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الأولى والثانية) بمدينة اللاذقية تمّ سحبها باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة بعد تحديدها باستخدام قانون العينة الإحصائية، كما استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
وقد توصلت البحث إلى النتائج الآتية:
- إن اتجاه المعلمين نحو استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم هو اتجاه ايجابي, ويدعو إلى توظيف هذه الاتجاهات الايجابية في ضرورة استخدام الحاسوب في التدريس كوسيلة تعليمية فاعلة من أجل تحسين عملية التعلم ومخرجاتها.
- من أهم معوقات استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم عدم كفاية مختبرات الحاسوب, وضعف المناهج في احتوائها لبرامج وتدريبات الحاسوب التعليمي, وقلة الكوادر المتخصصة والمؤهلة في مجال الحاسوب التعليمي.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة /0.05/ بين متوسطات آراء المعلمين نحو استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم تعزى لمتغيرات (جنس المعلم, المؤهل العلمي, عدد سنوات الخبرة).
