دراسة معمقة لتحديد هوية مثقوبات ثنائية الجيل في أمعاء الثوي النهائي
Abstract
شملت الدراسة عددا من الحيوانات التجريبية بلغت 6 قطط صغيرة و12 فرخ إوز، جرى خمجها صنعيا في المخبر بيرقات (خليفة ذانبة متكيسة غير معروفة Metacercariae encysted EMC) من خلال تغذيتها بعضلات أوغلاصم أسماك مشط نيلي حاوية عليها. تم تحديد هوية الديدان المتشكلة من تطور تلك اليرقات في أمعاء حيوانات التجربة، وكانت على النحو التالي:
Prohemistomum vivax أمامية الثغير النشطة, Mesostephanus appendiculatus, Paracoenogonimus ovatus جانبية المناسل البيضوية.
A total of 6 cats and 12 geese were infected artificially in laboratory with undefined encysted Metacercariae (EMC) through eating of muscles or gill filaments of Tilapia sp. Fish contained it. The Identification of formed worms in the intestine of experimental animals was performed as following: Prohemistomum vivax, Mesostephanus appendiculatus, Paracoenogonimus ovatus.
