تأثير بعض العوامل البيئية اللاحيوية في فقس بيوض المثقوبة الطفيلية أمامية الثُّغَير النشطة Prohemistomum vivax
Abstract
تمت دراسة عملية فقس بيوض الدودة الطفيلية أمامية الثغير النشطة Prohemistomum vivax وسلوك اليرقات (الأجنة المهدبة Miracidia) المتحررة منها. أظهرت النتائج زيادة في فقس البيوض بدلالة ارتفاع درجة الحرارة ضمن المجال 15-30 درجة مئوية وكانت أعلى نسبة فقس في الدرجة 25 مئوية. كما فقست البيوض المعرضة لعشرين ساعة ضوء و4 ساعات ظلام بعد حوالي 20 يوما وذلك في الساعات الأولى من تعريضها لضوء بعد فترة ظلام. أبدت الأجنة المهدبة المتحررة نشاط سباحي مستمر لمدة 2-4 ساعات.
Egg-hatching for parasitic worm prohemistomum vivax was investigated and the behavior of the larvae (Miracidia) was also documented. Results showed increased egg-hatching relates to water temperature within the range 15-30 degrees Celsius with highest hatching rate in degree 25. The incubating eggs in alternating 20 hours period of light and 4 hours darkness are hatched after about 20 days. Hatching occurs in light directly in few hours after darkness. Released Miracidia show continuous swimming rhythmus for 2-4 hours.
