تواجد النيمـاتـودا الممـرضة للحـشرات في حقول اللوزيات باللاذقية -سورية
Abstract
تم جمـع 87 عينـة تربـة مركبـة مـن حقـول اللـوزيات في اللاذقية-سورية خلال شهري أيلول وتشـرين أول لعـام 2006 مـن أجل التحري عن وجود النيماتودا الممرضة للحشرات وبالتالي إمكانية استغلالها في المكافحة الأحيائية. أُتبعت طريقة الطعم باستخـدام العمر اليرقي الأخير من دودة الشمع الكبرىGalleria mellonella للكشف عن هذه النيماتودا. تبين أن 15% من المجموع الكلي للعينات كانت إيجابية، حيث تـم الحصـول على13 عـزلة. وبناءاً على الشكل الخارجي للنيماتودا والقياسات المورفولوجية للطور المُعدي (IJ)Infective Juvenile والذكـر تم التعرف على الجنسين Steinernema وHeterorhabditis ، حيث تم تحديد نوع واحد من الجنس Steinernema هو S. cubanum بنسبة 7.6% من إحدى العزلات، ونوع واحد من الجنس Heterorhabditis هو H. bacteriophora من باقي العزلات وبنسبة 92.4%.
وتبين انتشار النيماتودا الممرضة للحشرات في التربة ذات القوام اللومي واللومي الرملي، وعدم تواجدها في التربة ذات القوام الطيني في الحقول المدروسة.
A total of 87 composite soil samples were collected from stone-fruit orchards in Lattakia, Syria during September and November 2006. Samples were tested for the presence of entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) by baiting method with last larval instar of the greater wax moth Galleria mellonella. Positive soil samples were 15% of total samples, where thirteen isolates of EPNs were extracted. EPN isolates were identified morphologically and morphometrics for infective juvenile (IJ) and male. One of the isolates was identified as Steinernema cubanum (7.6%) and the others isolates were identified as Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (92.4%). Entomopathogenic nematodes occurred in loam and loamy sand soil, and were not present in clay soil.
