أثر التأهيل والتدريب المستمر على تحسين كفاءة الموارد البشرية دراسة مقارنة على بعض شركات القطاع العام والخاص في الساحل السوري
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى بيان الاختلاف بين الشركات العامة والخاصة في أثر عملية التأهيل والتدريب لرفع كفاءة أداء العاملين, وإكسابهم المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة, والوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة, وتقليل نسبة الحوادث والأخطاء, ومواكبة التطورات الحديثة والمتلاحقة في مجال عمل المنظمات.
تكوّن مجتمع البحث من جميع العاملين في الشركات الصناعية العامة والخاصة في الساحل السوري. وقد تمّ بناء استبانة, وتوزيعها على عينة من (400) عامل من الشركات المدروسة, وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة كان من أهم النتائج التي تمّ التوصل إليها:
1- تتفوق شركات القطاع الخاص على شركات القطاع العام في تأثير عملية التأهيل والتدريب المستمر على رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين.
2- تعد شركة أسكو الخاصة الأفضل في إكساب العاملين المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة بالمقارنة مع شركة الغزل العامة. بينما لم نلحظ أية فروق بين الشركات الأخرى.
3- تساهم شركات القطاع العام من خلال عملية التدريب والتأهيل المستمر في تقليل نسبة الحوادث والأخطاء, حيث تبين أن هناك فروق بين شركة التبغ وشركات الجود والغزل وأسكو لصالح شركة التبغ.
4- تساهم شركات القطاع العام والخاص من خلال عملية التدريب والتأهيل المستمر في مواكبة التطورات الحديثة والمتلاحقة في مجال عمل المنظمات.
This research aims to show the difference between public and private companies regarding the impact of the process of rehabilitation and training in raising the efficiency and performance of employees as well as equipping them with required skills and experience in order to achieve the desired objectives, reduce the rate of accidents and errors, keep pace with modern developments in the areas of the organizations.
The population of the search of is all employees in industrial companies, public and private in the Syrian coast. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of (400) employees. Using appropriate statistical methods, the study reached the following results:
- Private companies are better than public sector companies regarding the impact of rehabilitation process and ongoing training to raise the efficiency of employees' performance.
- Asco private company is better than Public Spinning Company in giving workers required skills and expertise. No difference was noticed between other companies.
- Through a process of continuous training and rehabilitation, public and private companies contribute to reducing the incidence of accidents and errors. There were differences between the tobacco company and Jud and spinning companies as well as Asco in favor of the tobacco company.
- Public and private sectors companies contribute to a process of continuous training and rehabilitation in order to keep pace with modern developments in the field of work of the organizations.
