دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في اختيار القيادات الإدارية دراسة ميدانية على شركات الغزل في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
إن نجاح المنظمات يتوقف على جودة وفعالية وحسن اختيار القيادات الإدارية المسؤولة عن التخطيط والتوجيه وتوفير فرص الإبداع والابتكار وتهيئة المناخ المساعد على التنفيذ الإيجابي لأهدافها، وتكوين هيكل متميز من الموارد البشرية ذوي الخبرة والمهارات والمعرفة التي تمثل الثروة الحقيقية للمنظمة.
ويتناول هذا البحث التعريف بنظام المعلومات الإدارية، ونظام معلومات الموارد البشرية كنظام فرعي منه ومكوناته، وخطوات تصميمه، ودوره في توفير المعلومات كافةً عن جميع العاملين على اختلاف مستوياتهم الوظيفية وهذا بدوره يمكن من الاختيار الصحيح لكل فرد للوظيفة التي تلائمه من حيث مؤهلاته وخبراته وميوله، وهذا بدوره يؤدي إلى زيادة إنتاجية الفرد وبالتالي إنتاجية المنظمة ككل.
وانتهى البحث إلى استنباط مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات الهامة على ضوء الدراسة الميدانية التي من الممكن أن تسهم في حال الآخذ بها إلى حسن اختيار القيادات الإدارية.
The success of organizations is based on the quality, effectiveness, and the right choice of managerial leaderships responsible for planning and directing. It also depends on providing creation and innovation opportunities, creating the conducive environment for the positive implementation of its aims, and forming a special formation of experienced, skillful, and knowledgeable human resources. This research deals with the definition of the managerial information system. It also handles the steps of its formation and contents and its role in providing all the necessary information about the employment level of all employees; this in turn helps choosing the efficient person for the right job that meets his qualifications and experiences. This research concludes with a number of results and recommendations in the light of the case study.
