تأثير حجم فريق العمل على فعاليّته دراسة حالة على فرق العمل العاملة في مركز البحوث العلميّة الزراعيّة في اللاذقيّة
Abstract
هدف البحث الى تحديد أثر حجم فرق العمل (عدد أعضائها) على فعاليّة هذه الفرق في مركز البحوث العلميّة الزراعيّة في اللاذقيّة، إضافةً الى تحديد الحجم الأمثل لهذه الفرق. استخدم البحث نموذج /T7/ وهو عبارةٌ عن مقياسٍ على شكل استبيانٍ يستخدم لقياس فعاليّة فرق العمل، حيث تمّ توزيع هذا الاستبيان على /190/ عضواً يشكّلون /44/ فريقاً هم عيّنة البحث التي تمّ اختيارها من مجتمع البحث الذي يتكوّن من فرق العمل العاملة في المركز. توصّل البحث الى مجموعةٍ من النّتائج كان أهمّها: وجود ارتباط ٍعكسيّ ذي دلالةٍ بين حجم الفريق وفعاليّته مع وجود فروقٍ ذات دلالةٍ بين فعاليّة الفرق الكبيرة والصغيرة، وذلك يعود الى وجود ارتباطٍ عكسيّ ذي دلالة بين حجم الفريق وجميع العوامل الدّاخليّة المؤثّرة على فعاليّة الفريق، في حين أن حجم الفريق لم يظهر أي ارتباطٍ مع العوامل الخارجيّة المؤثرة على فعاليّة الفريق. The research aimed at determining the effect of work team size (number of members per team) on the effectiveness of teams working at the Scientific Agricultural Research Center (SARC) in Lattakia. This is in addition to determining the best team size for these teams. The study used the T7 Model, a questionnaire used for measuring work team effectiveness. The questionnaire was distributed on to 190 members who constituted 44 teams. The 44 teams were the study sample chosen from the whole research community which constituted the work teams in (SARC) The study revealed a number of results of which are the following: there is a significant negative correlation between team size and all the internal factors affecting effectiveness, together with significant differences between the effectiveness of small teams and big teams. However, there is no correlation between team size and the external factors affecting team effectiveness.Downloads
