تقويم كفاءة خريجي الجامعات السورية وفقاً لمتطلبات سوق العمل دراسة ميدانية
Abstract
The rapid changes and development that the world goes through in all sciences, industries technology, and the steady demographic growth, have created pressures that require the constant development of knowledge and skill which has imposed a growing demand for higher education and keen attention to its high quality and performance. The procedures of controlling education quality have become a necessity, done by the educational institutions to prove that they are able to satisfy international standards and to prove that they are qualified for academic accreditation. So, each educational institution must conduct a rigorous evaluation of its performance, and development quality assurance system for its program in line with national and global standards.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of Syrian university graduates according to the requirements and needs of the labor market in coordination with employers of the labor market.
The researcher surveyed (410) employers in the service organization to investigate business administration graduates efficiency, the researcher used the T one sample test
The study found that the skills of graduates of Syrian universities were weak, and the responses of the sample tended to disagree with the availability of knowledge and understanding skills, mental skills, practical and vocational skills, and general skills and mobility.
لقد خلقت التغيرات والتطورات السريعة التي يمر بها العالم في كل العلوم والصناعات والتكنولوجيا والنمو المطرد في أعداد السكان ضغوطاً تستدعي التطوير المستمر للمعارف والمهارات, الأمر الذي فرض طلباً متزايداً على التعليم العالي واهتماماً بالغاً بأدائه وجودته النوعية, وغدت اجراءات ضبط جودة التعليم أمراً حتيماً تقوم به المؤسسات التعليمية لتثبت أنها قادرة على تلبية المعايير العالمية ومؤهلة لاتخاذ إجراءات الاعتماد الأكاديمي, فلا بد لكل مؤسسة تعليمية من إجراء تقييم دقيق لأدائها, ومن تطوير نظم ضمان الجودة لبرامجها بما يتوافق مع المعايير الوطنية والعالمية.
هدف البحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم كفاءة خريجي الجامعات السورية وفقاً لمتطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل بالتنسيق مع أرباب سوق العمل, حيث قامت الباحثة بتوزيع استبانة على عينة من أرباب العمل بالمنظمات الخدمية للاستقصاء عن كفاءة خريجي برنامج إدارة الأعمال بلغت (410) استبانة، ولاختبار العلاقة عمد الباحث إلى استخدام اختبار T ستيودنت لعينة واحدة.
حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف في كفاءة خريجي الجامعات السورية, وكانت إجابات أفراد العينة تميل إلى عدم الموافقة على توفر كل من مهارات المعرفة والفهم, المهارات الذهنية, المهارات العملية والمهنية, والمهارات العامة والقابلة للانتقال.
