Abstract

يؤثر التخزين بشكل مباشر على جودة ونوعية التبوغ المخزنة، وبالتالي على جودة السجائر المصنّعة، وفي هذا البحث يتم تسليط الضوء على واقع تخزين التبوغ في المؤسسة العامة للتبغ – فرع المنطقة الساحلية من حيث: مراحل التخزين، الطرق المتبعة في التخزين، تكاليف التخزين.

من خلال البحث، يتبين أن التزام المؤسسة العامة للتبغ بشراء كامل محصول التبغ من المزارعين، يؤدي إلى تخزين كميات فائضة عن قدرة المستودعات التخزينية, وعن الحجم الأمثل للمخزون، وهذا ما ينعكس سلبا ً على جودة ونوعية التبوغ المخزنة. ومن ناحية أخرى، يتبين أن اتباع الطرق التقليدية في التخزين دون مراعاة الظروف المثلى من حرارة ورطوبة ، يؤدي إلى انخفاض قيمة التبوغ المخزنة.

وبالتالي، فإن الطريقة المثلى للتخزين؛ هي اتباع طريقة التخزين بالخلايا الحرة التي تضمن زيادة الطاقة التخزينية, والحفاظ على نوعية وجودة التبوغ المخزنة على الرغم من ارتفاع تكاليفها.

Storage directly affects the quality of stored tobacco and cigarettes. This research focuses on the current storing conditions in the General Organization of Tobacco (GOT) – Costal Region, focusing on storage steps, ways of storing, and storage costs.

The GOT's commitment to buy all tobacco products from farmers leads to over-storage in warehouses, reducing the quality of the stored tobacco. On the other hand, traditional storing methods result in the reduction of the stored tobacco quality. Moreover, the most suitable storing method is the so-called "Free Cells" storing method, which increases the storing ability and keeps the quality of stored tobacco despite its high costs.
