Les origines du déclin de l’enseignement du français du point de vue des enseignants au cycle secondaire dans la ville de Lattaquié.
Abstract
De nos jours, l’apprentissage d’une ou plusieurs langues étrangères devient une nécessité, car il assure la réussite dans le monde entier. Le plurilinguisme facilite la communication et la collaboration entre les nations, et par conséquent l’élaboration et la réalisation des projets ayant des objectifs communs. C’est aussi pour connaître d'autres cultures, d’autres civilisations, d’autres littératures etc. et pour regarder le monde d'une manière différente. Pour cela, les pédagogues et les responsables partout dans le monde ont insisté et insistent sur l’importance de l’enseignement des langues étrangères. L’Union Européenne, par exemple s’est orientée vers l’enseignement de deux langues étrangères à côté de la langue maternelle dès le plus jeune âge. La Syrie suit les mêmes pas et a fait entrer dans les dispositifs pédagogiques l’anglais (dès l’école primaire) et le français (dès le secondaire : collège et lycée).
L’enseignement/apprentissage du français souffre d’énormes difficultés. Ce constat a été vérifié auprès des enseignants de français à l’université. Les bacheliers arrivent à l’université avec des connaissances médiocres en matière de français. Ce qui pose un obstacle dans l’application du cursus académique. La présente étude a pour objectif de mettre les doigts sur les raisons pour lesquelles l’enseignement de la langue française est faible. Pour ce faire, une enquête a été faite auprès des enseignants au cycle secondaire afin de connaîtreleur point de vue concernant ce problème. Des propositions seront faites à la fin de cette étude pour aider à dépasser les difficultés et tenter de combler les lacunes.
إن تعلم لغة أو عدة لغات اجنبية اصبح اليوم ضرورة ملحة لأنه يضمن النجاح في العالم اجمع فتعدد اللغات يسهل التواصل والتعاون بين الامم وهذا ينتج عنه اقامة وانجاز مشاريع ذات اهداف مشتركة. هذا بالإضافة الى التعرف على ثقافات أخرى وحضارات أخرى وآداب أخرى. ولهذا يشدد التربويون والمسؤولون في كافة انحاء العالم على اهمية تعلم اللغات الاجنبية. فمثلا اتجه الاتحاد الاوروبي الى تدريس لغتين أجنبيتين الى جانب اللغة الام. وتسير سورية على ذات الخطى فقد ادخلت في مناهجها التربوية اللغة الانكليزية منذ المرحلة الابتدائية واللغة الفرنسية منذ المرحلة الاعدادية والثانوية.
إن تعليم اللغة الفرنسية وتعلمها يعاني من مشاكل كبيرة. وهذه الملاحظة تم التحقق منها من مدرسي اللغة الفرنسية في الجامعة.لأن الحاصلين على الشهادة الثانوية يصلون الى الجامعة بمعلومات فقيرة جدا في مادة اللغة الفرنسية مما يعيق تطبيق المناهج الاكاديمية المقررة . وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد الأسباب التي تجعل من تعليم اللغة الفرنسية ضعيفا. لتحقيق ذلك تم إجراء استبانة مع مدرسي اللغة الفرنسية في المرحلة الثانوية لمعرفة وجهة نظرهم بالنسبة لهذ المشكلة. سيتم عرض بعض المقترحات في نهاية هذه الدراسة من شأنها أن تساعد في تخطي الصعوبات وسد الثغرات.
