تحديد القيم المميزة المثلى لهواء إقلاع المحركات البحرية
Abstract
يتم إقلاع المحركات البحرية ومحركات الديزل ذات الاستطاعات الكبيرة والمتوسطة بواسطة الهواء المضغوط، الذي تتراوح قيمة ضغطه ضمن المجال MPa (2.5 – 3.0).
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد المقادير الأساسية المتعلقة بهواء إقلاع محرك الديزل البحري باستخدام الحاسوب، ودراسة تأثير ضغط هواء الإقلاع والسرعة الزاوية الدنيا للمحرك أثناء الإقلاع على الزمن اللازم للإقلاع وعلى العمل المصروف على ضاغط الهواء، ويركز البحث أيضاً على حساب اقتصادية عملية الإقلاع عبر حساب مردود العملية بمجملها.
عُرضت في نهاية البحث النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها بعد إعداد برنامج على الحاسب، حيث بينت الحسابات بأنه توجد قيمة محددة لضغط هواء الإقلاع يكون عندها العمل المبذول في أثناء عملية الانضغاط أصغرياً و بأنه عند كل قيمة ثابتة محددة للسرعة الزاوية الدنيا لإقلاع المحرك توجد قيمة مثلى لمردود عملية الإقلاع.
The starting of marine and large diesel engines is carried out by compressed air with pressures between 0.5 and 3.2 MPa.
This paper aims to calculate the main air parameters of marine diesel engines' air starting, using the computer. It also studies the effect of air pressure and the minimum angular velocity () of the engine on the necessary starting time and the necessary work for the air compressor. Special focus has been placed on the assessment of economy and efficiency of the whole starting process.
At the end of the study, the results of computer calculation have been presented. They have illustrated that there is a certain value of air pressure, whereby the necessary compression work is minimal and that for every () there is an optimal efficiency for starting process.
